We have dedicated project team working with our Europe customers, and selected candidates will be inducted to these teams. With the guidance of a project manager, they will be trained on live projects. We only offer this opportunity for the candidates who have completed Oracle course training with Solistech. Solistech also offer to their students with job assitance with regard to guiding the students in right direction on career path, enhancing the soft skills in terms of attending interviews and giving presentations etc. Solistech is collaborated with many organisations in India and abroad, where we will assist our students to attend the interviews. We will conduct a recruitment process as such test, interview and group discussion for the candidates that completes courses with Solistech. The selected candates will be given job offer to work with our project team.
